I even found some on my arms when I was at the gym this morning. :)Lorihttp://www.freshperspective.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11830870.post-24241347991450960102011-12-05T08:43:35.461-05:002011-12-05T08:43:35.461-05:00I had the saggy problem, too. I thought it was because I was using dollar-store glue that already seemed to be watered down from the start. I switched to Elmers, made sure each and every strand of string was painted with glue and let it dry for a full 24 hours. Before I popped the balloon I felt around for soft spots. If I found them I reapplied glue in those spots and let it dry again.toyfotohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17925976386177377987noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11830870.post-52456397280070582912011-12-05T08:05:50.405-05:002011-12-05T08:05:50.405-05:00OK...I had to try this. I think I might need to up my application of the glue. Did you have any issues as you went along?Lorihttp://www.freshperspective.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11830870.post-91122144586007425942011-12-01T22:14:04.071-05:002011-12-01T22:14:04.071-05:00@Anonymous I just thinned out the glue a little bi...@Anonymous I just thinned out the glue a little bit - enough to make it easier to paint on but not enough to make it runny.

As for the glitter, we shook it on right after I painted on the glue and let it all dry together.toyfotohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17925976386177377987noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11830870.post-25883224761176215152011-12-01T21:59:24.557-05:002011-12-01T21:59:24.557-05:00Is there a glue to water ratio?
