I am loving being pregnant --...I feel the same way. I am loving being pregnant -- enjoying my body this time around, instead of hating it. but i kind of ... forget that I'm pregnant. I forget that my second child is in there, and that he's going to come out (soon!) and have a personality and be another person to love.

I think maybe it's because I can't focus exclusively on wondering what this kid will be like, because I HAVE a kid right now and I know what HE's like and parenting him takes up quite a bit of mental energy.

Anyway. Sympathy from me.supahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08076044795864506191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11830870.post-90521729909938688532007-03-22T22:22:00.000-04:002007-03-22T22:22:00.000-04:00Being on the precipice of deciding to have another...Being on the precipice of deciding to have another (if? When?) I can see how you would be less focused this time around.

How could you be, with a small demanding human at your feet?

Give yourself a break. You are doing great.

Your baby boy will be none the wiser, and he will instinctively know he is loved.Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11342425698876916791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11830870.post-4815707368086925132007-03-22T22:03:00.000-04:002007-03-22T22:03:00.000-04:00I concentrated on every little thing with the firs...I concentrated on every little thing with the first pregnancy but I felt distracted with the other two. I think it's normal.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11830870.post-41330986355711208182007-03-22T19:24:00.000-04:002007-03-22T19:24:00.000-04:00Unfortunately that is what happens to baby number ...Unfortunately that is what happens to baby number 2 and 3. When Meenie was born, Einey was 18 months old and I was still rocking her to sleep. Meenie ended up learning to fall asleep on her own by 6 months while I was, yup, still rocking 2 year old Einey to sleep.

There are times when I look back at pictures and wish I had taken more of Meenie and Moe. But reality is, you don't have all that time to spend with them as you want.

Are they all happy? I think so, they seem to be. Are they healthy? You bet. And that's all that matters.

Hang in there, you'll get through it!Whirlwindhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16865143484526708978noreply@blogger.com
