We ended up teaching our kids that there are words you use with your friends, there are words you don't use with teachers, and there are words the use of which will sometimes reflect poorly on you. They take it from there. We were very careful about our language when they were littler, but I also didn't want them to grow up into the kind of women who can't swear convincingly, because that's just kinda sad.<BR/><BR/>And it's hard to avoid in pop culture, anyway.
