Behold ... the iPed making an iPuss

Behold ... the iPed making an iPuss

So ... vacation is neigh.

Two weeks of coastal bliss ... interrupted only by four hours of sticky highway travel and 47,000 rounds of "Are We There Yet," set to the tune of earworm.

It will be idyllic ... with the possible exceptions of a crowded house, the potential for frayed nerves, family faux pas and too many encounters with Maine's state bird.

Not that I'm complaining.

I'll have my iPhone. ...

My camera. ...

Two not-so-summer-y reads. ...

And a date with the coffee shop and beach every morning.

I may even be singing a happy tune when I return.

I absolutely love the picture of the Ice Cream Shop, the one with the bench as the forefront, taken from just to the right. Excellent perspective and the colors are beautiful…love the colorful kids rides in comparison to the mundane colors of reality…I’m sure your vacation pic’s will be just as impressive.

Later…

Just came home yesterday from our Maine adventures. Worth every minute of the eight hour drive. Hope you enjoy your travels as much as we did!

Beware of The Road. Excellent read, but it will hit you in the bread basket and stay with you. Enjoy the ocean! I miss it already.

I know this is off subject but I feel it is important… Al Gore is having a town home meeting on climate change this Tuesday Aug 9th, 7pm EST.
I don’t know much about it except that I received an e-mail from his organization in regards to my ideas to reducing our dependency on fossil fuels while creating massive job growth. I may be involved as a phone in caller…I guess it depends on if my questions will show him in a positive light. Once a politician, always a politician.

I don't even know what channel it will be on as of yet...prob current TV, his cable channel.

Yea, well…I visited Al Gores website and another that he is associated with, the one that sent me the e-mails…and there is no mention of this virtual town home meeting that was E-mailed to me.
