Wishing you a day filled with sweet things.
Happy Easter to you and your family Toyfoto!
Happy Easter! It looks like it was a beautiful day where you are!
I confess that I didn't have even ONE piece of candy yesterday. Not one! However, when given the choice between candy or a nap, I choose the nap.
I am in awe of you wordgirl. I ate so much junk (chocolate, jelly beans, crackers, cheese and nuts) I had no room for real food. Sigh.
Your Easter photos are of excellent quality and rich color… they look really good. I especially like the one of Annabel and her dad (does Jed ever smile for a pic?) coloring eggs, their serious looks of concentration combined with Ittybits multi colored little fingers express a moment in time to savor.I remember reading about last years Easter Egg Hunt and Ittybits shyness to this event, how did she fair this year? Did she see the toddler from last year that shared her eggs with her?Kcoz
She wasn't as shy this time around and Jed helped her navigate the field, which is really what she needed help with last year. This year's dilemma, of course, that since she has more skill and ability, the time it took to scarf up all the eggs just wasn't enough. We ended up having to hide and rehide them all day.Her little friend, Esme, that you remember from last year, was there too. I wish we saw more of them. Also, last year she was afraid of the Easter Bunny and this year all she wanted to do was hug him. She ran home saying "I sat on the rabbit's lap! I wasn't shy."
