How often do you see a cop on a horse pull over a car?
The campus police here at the U of Mn use mounted patrol sometimes. The best part is watching the officer try to hand over the ticket without getting off his horse.
How weird. I don't think this is something I will ever see. Ever.

In front of the store that says "fine-line", I think that's the funniest part.
